What is a Life Path Coach?
As a life path coach, it is my job to help you get to know yourself better. Using a variety of tools we will narrow in on what it is you truly want to do with your life. We will create a practical, but also soul-fulfilling path to get you there. We will improve financial health and your relationships so that they both support the life you want. We will work on a healthy routine that gives you more free time rather than one that leads to exhaustion. Most importantly, figuring out who you are and what you want to do is incredibly stressful, so we will relieve your stress. I am a listening ear for you to talk out the confusion in your head. I will help you start living the life you've always dreamed of having.
When I graduated with a Public Relations degree, I had a gut feeling I would never actually work at a PR firm or technically use my degree. I had a lot of writing internships throughout college and ended up working for a company as an editor for two years. While working there I experienced a deep longing for something different—something that fulfilled my soul to the core. I had always been told you had to have a "real" job and was terrified of quitting without a "real" job to transition to. I eventually left and started working at the front desk of a gym. From there one thing happened after another to lead me to where I am today. I got certifications in indoor cycling, meditation, yoga, and as a health coach. I made the bulk of my income from freelance writing and taught fitness classes on the side. This eventually transformed to where I am today — no longer dog walking, freelance writing, or picking up odd jobs here and there. Today I am doing exactly what I love every single day. This may seem like it was easy because it all happened in a year and a half, but the truth is, I really hit some low places along this journey. I would've done anything to have someone who had been in my shoes give me advice along the way.
